Corporate Overview

LionHub Group Limited was successfully relisted on the ASX in the second quarter of 2014. Formerly known as Arasor International Ltd, the Company was involved in the development of integrated optoelectronic and wireless solutions.

Having been transformed to what it is today, the Company is venturing into exciting prospects for property development and investment opportunities in Anhui Province, China.

In this regard, the Company acquired all of the issued shares in LionHub (Xuancheng) Pte Ltd, a Singapore registered company, which owns the rights to develop a Technology Park property development.

Covering approximately 2.2 km2 of land, the development of a Technology Park which is located in Xuancheng City, will be built in stages. The Project will incorporate industrial/ logistics, offices as well as commercial and residential developments.

Business Activity

Construction and development of a proposed technology park (“Xuancheng Singapore Techno-Park”) within Xuancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone in the Anhui Province of the People’s Republic of China.

About the Development

The proposed Singapore Xuancheng Techno-Park will comprise commercial, industrial, incubators and warehousing/logistics facilities as well as commercial and residential developments, with an ecological friendly focus. It will be themed to reflect the evolution of the world’s economic development from ancient Chinese and European era to modern times, through technology and architecture to showcase Xuancheng’s vision to become a world class business and technology centre.

The Master Plan for the development embraces:

  1. Classical Chinese, French and Italian architectural themes for campus style office headquarters or representative office,
  2. “Cambridge” or English-Style architecture for residential dwelling with a man-made river planned with its landscaped area to symbolize the River Cam in Cambridge, England and
  3. Modern contemporary architecture for incubators, industrial/logistics facilities and commercial premises.
